As a project manager I migrated the FRECUENTA system from mainframe platform to client / Server platform and we incorporate the current functionality and new enhancements to the new system (FENIX). I was responsible to analyze, design and develop a new program on Mexicana named Club 10 which consist in create VIP vacation packages to specific sector of Mexicana customers.I was responsible to transfer all the Frequent Flyer program functionality to Mexicana web site creating interfaces between Mexicana.com and FENIX. As a project manager I was responsible of the operation, production support and new enhancements of the following systems: Frequent Flyer Program (FENIX), All-inclusive Packages (VTP), IVR – Voice Response Unit with FENIX functionality, Mexicana Web Site (Mexicana.com) and Mexicana Low Cost Airline systems (Click.com).I was responsible to manage the change of alliance from Star Alliance to One World alliance, where I negotiated with all the Frequent Travelers programs of other airlines to accomplish the alliance requirements. Also I was responsible to implement co-brand Mexicana Card with different financial institutions.
