• Serve as the primary point of contact for the district in Miami-Dade County and its associated municipalities• Support ongoing infrastructure projects, including Everglades restoration and flood control initiatives• Collaborate with the operations team on projects such as tree removal, canal maintenance, and canal bank stabilization• Meet with government officials, including city mayors, managers, and commissioners, to discuss district operations and advance project objectives• Attend municipal and county meetings to strengthen intergovernmental relationships• Represent the district at the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) during activations and communicate with emergency personnel and government officials at local, county, and state levels• Conduct public outreach efforts to educate the community and raise awareness about the district and its operations, while also addressing public questions and concerns

• Manage intra-warehouse inventory to ensure product is received accurately in the different warehouses• Update of inventory in our ERP system (X3)• Place holds and adjust inventory discrepancy• Perform weekly and monthly inventory reconciliation• Perform daily adjustments to maintain healthy inventory in 5+ warehouses • Follow up on CHEP pallet orders and replace orders that have been canceled• Update system with inbound Ocean container information• Receive and archive shipment documentation and request credit memos from France• Request credit memos for inventory discrepancies on inbound containers• General communications with warehouses throughout the U.S. to resolve day to day issue

• Supervise three Distribution Centers (DC) throughout the U.S. (Miami, FL; Sanford, FL; Hagerstown, MD)• Oversee operations at Distribution Centers both in-person and remotely• Travel to our Hagerstown Distribution Center to evaluate and train new local management and personnel• Collect and compile inventory data and make adjustments to stock in SAP • Complete monthly cycle counts and inventory adjustments for three Distribution Centers• Decide on the best course of action when issues arise with production, personnel, and logistics• Create and receive purchases orders for Miami Distribution Center• Report on personnel and how they perform their duties • Fulfill Warehouse Manager role when needed at any Distribution Center
