After 2 weeks of employment at super dry, I was offered a key holder position due to the amount of retail/customer service experience I had under my belt.As a key holder some of duties were opening the store, opening registers, counting tills, drafting up daily schedules and distributing duties to associates throughout the day. Merchandising and dressing mannequins routinely to assure our customers had fresh new merchandise for them to look after. Always maintained the store at the highest quality per company policy.

Throughout my career at Urban Outfitters I held positions such as Senior Team Lead, Housewares Team Lead, Women's Accessories and Beauty Manager, and Women's Department Manager. Within these roles I put out product efficiently and in a timely manner. Merchandised daily to help sales move up throughout the week. Organized floor set changes quarterly to freshen up for the season and to welcome the new product. Weekly walk throughs helped us see where our numbers were for that week and showed us where we can improve and make changes to ensure an even more successful work week. On top of Managerial duties such as opening/closing the store, counting tills and the safe, I also would help in training up and coming sales associates to further their opportunity in becoming a manager.
