As an Optometrist Executive Recruiter, my role is to find the perfect candidate to join our exclusive team of Doctor's at Physicians Eyecare Group. Some of my responsibilities include, but not limited to: * Coordinate with hiring managers to define necessary requirements for open roles* Browse resume databases and portfolio sites* Join social media groups and professional networks and interact with potential candidates* Advertise open positions to external networks* Ask for referrals from current employees, acquaintances, and industry professionals* Maintain organized databases with candidates’ data* Keep in touch with past applicants* Conduct benchmark research on compensation and benefits for various positions* Measure source of hire and time-to-fill for each role* Research and recommend new sourcing tools and techniques* Attend job fairs and organize career events* Sourcing potential candidates on social media and reaching out to prospects via email or phone

• Secure a high level of client retention through responsive and proactive account management.• Retain and grow existing accounts by negotiating new contracts with clients.• Establish relationship with the client and successfully communicate expectations• Document client discussions to ensure proper expectations are met and deliverables are noted.• Maintain dialogue with client during onboarding and throughout the cycle of the account.• Bring a positive, team focused attitude and passion for client services.• Develop a thorough understanding of all products/services, and ensure clients are accessing all the solutions that meet their business requirements, marketing goals and needs • Promptly respond to client needs and inquiries. Use initiative and judgment within established guidelines to escalate issues, as appropriate.• Create documentation for client expectations, conversations, and deliverables into company CRM.• Determine appropriate engagement level for each account, taking into consideration current revenue and upsell opportunity• Assume accountability for resolving client issues, proposing solutions and escalating to the appropriate person to the point of resolution

• Distribute incoming sales leads• Follow up on assigned leads• Assist Regional Sales Coordinator on all new process • Escalate customer issues to the appropriate Department • Be a customer service liaison • Master and manage different work tools • Sales reporting
