A dedicated, resilient, and reliable medical professional seeking employment in the public safety profession. I am a effective communicator as well as a strategic problem solver. I currently seek opportunities to advance and establish myself as an EMT-B in the state of Maryland or Delaware. I have extensive knowledge of biology relating to the functions of the body. I also have extensive knowledge regarding human psychology. I recently received my national emergency medical technician certification in January 2022. During my EMT training I was able to conduct some field experience by doing internships with the Queen Anne’s County Department of Emergency Management Service as well as the Anne Arundel County Fire Department. During this time I learned how to listen to lung sounds, conduct a proper patient assessment, listen and feel the various pulse points and being able to reference what they mean. In addition to this, I was also able to hone in on my stellar ability to be compassionate and caring to the patient, which is my most valuable quality as an EMT aside from my knowledge and skill.
