At Carl Black of Orlando, I worked as a car salesmen and was also a Chevrolet, Buick, and GMC product specialist. My daily responsibilities consisted of greeting customers and speaking with them to get an accurate idea of which vehicle would fit their needs and life style best. Day in and day out, I worked hand in hand with finance and the banks in order to get my customers the most favorable approval possible. I would deliver cars to customers so that they were able to test drive the vehicles and even take them home over night to make sure it was the perfect fit. Every day I would contact my customers in regards to their deal to make sure we were moving at not only a swift pace, but at whatever pace they were comfortable with as well. It was my duty to gain the customers trust and build good rapport with them. On my free time, it was also up to me to find local customers and market myself outside of work. Even on my days off, I would come into work if my customers needed any help. I was available 24/7 for my customers.

I worked at, Own It Now, for 2 years. My responsibilities included selling the product; I.E furniture- bed sets, Tv’s, Tv stands, couches, etc. I would deliver them to my customers homes and would build the furniture in house for them. I delivered refrigerators, stoves, deep freezers, and so forth. In the store, I was also an account manager. It was my duty to call my customers to make sure their payments were on time and if they were not, I would have to notify them that we would take legal actions. I had to set up the showrooms and arrange the furniture in a way that would appeal to customers. I produced my own flyers. I would travel to different companies to pitch our business ideas and plans to expand our company. I was a very important aspect not only to my team, but my company as well.
