Communication is the way we exchange information - and I see a huge gap no matter in which direction I look. Whether it's in business, in politics, or in private. Many bad decisions are made because information is lost, received differently, or interpreted with a different (metal) model when processing the information.This becomes even worse when communication is indirect and asynchronous, because clarifying questions cannot be asked.The questions I deal with include, "How can we improve?", "How can we synchronize our (mental) models?", "How can correct information be communicated to everyone?", "What is correct information?"...We will always face miscommunication, but I am sure that its reduction will lead to a better society, a more efficient industry, and help people survive the next centuries. We have to rethink communication!With so many technologies at our hand, let's use them to work on solutions for our communication!
