I am a recent graduate of Appalachian State University. I graduated with a degree in Communication, Advertising and with a minor in Apparel Design and Merchandising. I spent four great years at Appalachian State, where I learned a lot and have grown not only as a student but as a person in general. A lot of my work experience comes within the service industry where I learned a lot of skills that I can put forward to other jobs, and also into my daily life. I learned a lot about dealing with customers in a positive fashion, demonstrating the ability to handle customer comments/complaints in a constructive manner, providing exceptional customer service, managing coworkers and delegating tasks, receiving customer orders/requests, and relaying information accordingly, along with many other things that I believe will help me stand out in the corporate world. I don't have a lot of work experience in the corporate world, butI do have skills, knowledge, and a great work ethic that will be a great addition to any team.
