Outbound tax structuring requires that tax and regulatory constraints of regulated German or Luxembourg funds (e.g. under the investment tax act) and institutional investors (e.g. AnlV) are taken into consideration. In addition, German CFC rules need to be taken into account. All such aspects in combination with specific foreign holding vehicles (e.g. structures involving Japanese TMK/GK, Australian MIT, French OPCI, Irish ICAV, etc.) is the best playing field I can imagine to work at.In my spare time I like to climb mountains. That's where I realise that it takes a lot of individual steps to reach a summit and each step needs to be taken carefully and well-thought ...very similar as in our professional life.
