• Construction lead for the portion of the newly refinery project by Kuwait Integrated Petroleum Industries Company (KIPIC). The Refinery when completed is expected to be one of the largest refineries in the world, producing 615,000 barrels per day. Project scope included administration, laboratory, maintenance, central control command center, workshops, cafeterias, tool room, substation, emergency generator, warehouses fire station, chillers, musallahs and emergency response buildings. Includes full infrastructure build-out of underground service utilities systems, roadways, low and medium voltage power distribution, sanitary sewerage system and lift station, irrigation system, potable water and chilled water system. • Provide leadership to the team, coordinating and overseeing their works, providing support to ensure that the team delivers.• Monitoring any issues impacting the progress of works and provide resolution in a timely manner in order to meet schedule and requirements of the Client. • Jobsite responsibilities include, but are not limited to the supervision of the actual physical construction of the project in strict accordance with the contract documents; verification of safety compliance with all trades; maintenance; enforcement of safety and quality-control policies; direction and day-to-day coordination of trade contractors and their sub-contractors when required to ensure they turn out high-quality work that meets the approved project schedule and the ability to work in a team environment with other Project Managers, Engineers and Superintendents.

• Construction lead, for Site Development and Logistics (SDL) Buildings portion of the SADARA Petrochemical Project a joint venture of Saudi Aramco and Dow Chemical Company, the world’s largest single-phase integrated petrochemical complex.• Project scope is comprised of 43 separate buildings including several assorted warehouses, maintenance and hanger facilities, reliability and lab building, 3-story Maintenance and Engineering Building, Fitness Center, two fully equipped and stand-alone Cafeterias, Four Musallahs, Six Security Gatehouse complexes, a Security Induction Center, Security X-Ray/Support Building, an assortment of Tool Room Buildings, Chiller Enclosures, Emergency Generator Buildings, Power Distribution Hubs, etc. plus an Emergency Response Building housing a Fire Station, Clinic, and Security Command Center for the entire project. • Also includes full infrastructure build-out of service utilities systems plus roadway/facility-specific parking area network with full security/access control systems, low and medium voltage power distribution, sanitary sewerage lift stations, sun shades/sun shelters, and isolated landscape/irrigation system/hardscape development. Report directly to the Construction Manager.

• Construction engineer for Al Falah Community Development, is a US$2.56 billion project that provide 5000 villas intended to accommodate 60,000 for UAE nationals. Project scope comprise of civic buildings, sewerage networks, irrigation networks, potable water networks, Electrical network, road networks, transportation, retail mall, hospital, schools, mosque, parks, commercial office space, hotels, sports and leisure complex in a 1.25 million square meters. • Participate/record of all site issues related to construction and ensure the work execute in accordance to project specification and contract. • Participate in reviewing Field Design Changes by giving the technical position addressing any foreseen cost and Time Impact. • Participate in full coordination between all other disciplines/Trades has to ensure that all discipline are in phase with the project goals and objectives. • Closely monitor Construction Supervision Consultants & Contractor’s work performance and advises the Construction Manager in case of deficiency or poor performance. • Provide site instructions supported by written recommendation for resolution of construction issues within limits of authority. Enforcement of site procedures, safety policy and security plan. • Organize workshop coordination meeting to ensure immediate remedial resolution of the site construction issues.

• Serve as the Site Representative for construction quality assurance of structural works for F1-X Dubai Formula Theme Park. Project scope comprise of 242 rooms hotel, roller coaster rides, malls, road networks, underground utilities, landscape, buildings and streetscape and multi storey car park with 1,650 car parking spaces.• Review contract drawing, technical specification, Contractor’s submittals, shop drawings, materials approval to ensure properly coordinated with other disciplines in-phase of the project and compliance in contract requirements. • Review method statement, quality control procedure (QCP) and inspection test plan (ITP) to ensure all necessary information outlined in the project specification. • Review As-built drawings to make sure that it matches all site changes. • Provide Technical support to Planning Engineer in respect to precedence of activities and assessments to Contracts/Cost Engineer for Contractor variations and claims. • Attend Technical Meetings and Weekly Progress Meetings.

• Serve as the Site Representative for construction of Twin Palm Towers, commercial office twin towers high rise buildings comprising of 2 Basement + Ground Floor + Multi Storey Car Parking Level 12 + 57th Floor.• Review the contract drawings and technical specification, contractor submittals, shop drawings, materials, method statement, quality plan & inspection test plan to ensure its full compliance with the contract requirements. • Provide technical support and assessment to Contracts and Cost Engineer for Contractor’s work variation and claims. • Received/action Request for Information (RFI) that apply to structural works. Conduct site investigation and recommend possible solutions to the problems encountered during progress of works if required. • Review As-Built drawings related to his discipline as submitted by Contractor.
