Hold dual job function of infrastructure Project Manager and Change Manager. Change Manager Responsibilities included managing enterprise change around ITIL principles. Project Manager Responsibilities included collaborating with vendors, Business units and internal IT groups. • Managed a project to combine two Business Continuity Plan (BCP) sites into one. I managed several disaster recovery fail-over test to the alternate disaster recover site. This included upgrading and enhancing applications, hardware and networks to make the applications work in the secondary site.• Managed a project to convert several SQL and application physical servers to virtual machines. Facilitated resources through numerous meetings and test runs to ensure minimum down time of critical applications during the cut overs.• Managed Semi-annual DR (disaster recovery) fail-over tests from the Dallas site to the Remove site in Chicago. This included vendor collaboration along with remote assistance hands on resources.

Coordinate technology site moves by arranging wide area network (WAN) activity additions and changes. Design / install new sites from WAN perspective; plan multi-site connectivity.
