• Performs MS SQL Server installation, configuration and management task. • Ensure housekeeping and monitoring of all database systems installed in different branches and provide high availability and performance of all database systems• Provides remote assistance to infrastructure and application support based in branches.• Manage small to medium sized projects.• Team lead - Directly report to Chief Information Officer for issues and concerns. - Initiate, manage and implement change according to changing needs of users. - Ensure that the team resolves day-to-day software and hardware concerns. - Supervise work output of 7 team members assigned in area offices in different key cities in southern Luzon. - Provide team members training and coaching as they perform technical support functions. This is in terms of in-house system and application software support, database administration and hardware and network support.

• Installation, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance of hardware and software related issues.• Identify software application, network and hardware malfunctions and take appropriate action to resolve issues ensuring data/system integrity.• Analyze, design, develop, test and implement workstation set up and operating environment.• Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources• Provide Computer services help desk support, including:Analyze problems (both technical and operational) and arrive at workable solutions.• First point of contact in all computer hardware, software and telecommunications problems and requests.• Update and maintain related databases.

- Installs, assembles and configures computers, network and peripherals such as printers, scanners and related hardware; pulls cables and rewires or directs the rewiring of cables for networking as required for new installations reconfiguration.- Installs, configures and upgrades operating systems and software- Troubleshoots problems with computer systems, including troubleshooting hardware and software, network and peripheral equipment problems; makes repairs and corrections where required.- Acts as a technical resource in assisting students and staff to resolve problems with equipment and data.- Assists in instructing students and staffs in the use of standard business and administrative software, including word processing, spreadsheets.
