PROPOSALS AND BRANDING..▪ Ensure that the Company brand created is maintained by all team members and staff, in general, all times.▪ Ensure full compliance of the Company’s requirements in preparation of bid proposals▪ Ensure full compliance with Enterprise Management System (EMS)▪ Ensure that all Responsibility Matrix meet for proposals requirement▪ Coordinates flow of proposal input from subcontractors as needed. Reviewing and editing all proposal content from subcontractors▪ Follows up with members of the proposal and technical teams on the status of all proposal elements and expedites action as required.▪ Attend pre-tender meetings as an important input to the packaging of tenders when necessary▪ Liaise with all supporting department for proposal input as at when due▪ Liaise with regional proposal group for support.▪ Supervise bid proposal preparation to ensure its completeness and professional▪ Supervise all administrative duties in the unit, such as travel, assist corporate gift, Exhibition, etc.▪ Supervise proposal monthly report /BD prospect spreadsheet▪ Follow up inter-department input such as Insurance Certificate, Bid Bonds, Letter of Credit, Quality Manual and Plan, HSE manual and Plan etc.▪ Assist BD in liaising with Government agencies for the acquisition of all necessary approval licenses and permit such▪ Support Business development activitiesEstablish and maintain a bid Go-bye Library for all proposal materials▪ Work with the proposal manager on the assigned proposal▪ Read and understand all requirements of the clients as indicated in the Invitation to Tender▪ Coordinate the proposal activity with other support units in the office – logistics.▪ Responsible for proposal graphics and the outlook for all proposals, PQ, Technical and Commercials▪ Responsible for the completion and distribution of Proposal Responsibility Matrix to required action party▪ Responsible for the coordination of the Proposal Review Meeting.

• Detail documentation of Industrial Training Fund (ITF) forms for approver, which will increase the amount for Reimbursement.• Conducting test and marking answer question for employment.• Make available document for job completion of training with procurement.• Setting and Marking of test question for employment.• Provide Industrial Training Fund Reimbursement with document needed to be attached for government approves on training's.• Coordinating the Induction process and procedure.• Documentation of employees files for staff records, to be properly documented.• Coordination of training programs, making all the logistic available for training.• Making payment process for each training and making sure those external training is done appropriately.• Coordinating Engineering lunch and learn Training Program.• Making sure all staff necessary document is right available for employment.• Document needed for employment for different discipline, contract staff, third party contract and full employment to be made available.• Nigeria content ( local content )• Nigeria Social Insurance Trust fund (NSITF) Staff claims and compensation benefit.• Recruitment / interview process.
