• Owned and led a large project to reroute seasonal products from US DCs to Canada DCs, creating Petsmart Canada’s first direct import program. Realized $250,000 in annual savings of supply chain costs, improved inventory efficiency, and shortened lead times. • Owned and led project targeting low-turnover brands, leading to SKU rationalization recommendations and negotiations with vendors resulting in $8,000 in weekly order reduction. • Created new process improvement, including creation of seasonal ordering and allocation dashboards for biannual Dog Apparel programs and Winter Needs programs, to ensure the right amount of stock was ordered, and production and shipping capacities were more efficient.• Collaborated directly with all cross-functional S&OP partners in Finance, Sales, Stores, Marketing, and Leadership to define strong sourcing strategies for inline and seasonal categories• Developed weekly in-stock reporting dashboards to track key performance indicators and report on supply chain performance (in-stocks, days of supply, inventory turns, fill-rates).• Successfully managed multiple projects at a time, including seasonal stock deployments to 150 stores using DC-to-store outbound Master Schedule to coordinate trucks.• Mentored Demand Planners in sourcing strategies and KPI reporting, particularly around strategic events like Black Friday, and built training documents and manuals.
