Julius W. Robinson is the Chief Operating Officer for the western United States, French Polynesia; as well as Gaylord Hotels Nationwide. In his role, Julius oversees P&L and all operations functions, revenue, guest and associate satisfaction, as well as ownership alignment and new business development. He plays a senior executive role in ensuring the strategic priorities of his businesses are executed and aligned with the company's goals designed to yield profitable sales, increased market share, Marriott Bonvoy growth, and expanded competitive advantage for Marriott International's portfolio of brands and hotels. Prior to this role, Julius held the dual roles of Chief Sales & Chief Marketing Officer for the US and Canada at Marriott International as well as the Market Vice President for full service managed hotels in Atlanta, GA. Julius’ Marriott career spans over 30 years across operations, brand, sales, marketing, revenue management, and franchising. Notably, Julius spearheaded record growth as the leader of topline revenue in recent years, and led the Marriott and Sheraton brand transformations as SVP & Global Brand Leader focused on extensive product renovations and global brand repositioning. Previous leadership roles also include Global Vice President of Autograph Collection Hotels, Vice President of Fairfield Inn & Suites Franchising, Vice President of Global Sales & Chair, Marriott's Convention & Resort Network, and Vice President of Revenue Management.
