Hr Data Analyst
Current- Work with business partners and subject matter experts to document requirements, design, development and delivery of solutions to meet their needs
- Take a lead role in the preparation of major reporting requirements such as Diversity, EEO reporting, etc.
- Participate in the design, development, testing and delivery of useful metrics, predictive models, dashboards, analyses and data reporting to support a variety of HR and business initiatives
- Use a variety of established quantitative and qualitative methods (including surveys, database mining, etc.) to gather, analyze, and interpret data and derive useful information for key business initiatives, working.
- Prepare and analyze metrics to measure the effectiveness of business outcomes using data modeling, dashboards, and clear & concise charts containing graphics, tables and other related reports and/or presentations
- Communicate complex information so that it is easy to understand and influences others to take action based on the useful information provided
