Hr Data Analyst
Current• Work with business partners and subject matter experts to document requirements, design, development and delivery of solutions to meet their needs• Take a lead role in the preparation of major reporting requirements such as Diversity, EEO reporting, etc.• Participate in the design, development, testing and delivery of useful metrics, predictive models, dashboards, analyses and data reporting to support a variety of HR and business initiatives• Use a variety of established quantitative and qualitative methods (including surveys, database mining, etc.) to gather, analyze, and interpret data and derive useful information for key business initiatives, working across and synchronizing multiple data sources• Prepare and analyze metrics to measure the effectiveness of business outcomes using data modeling, dashboards, and clear & concise charts containing graphics, tables and other related reports and/or presentations• Communicate complex information so that it is easy to understand and influences others to take action based on the useful information provided• Use existing systems/applications (Workday, Excel, 3rd party add on applications, etc.) and determine methods to integrate data from multiple systems to produce reports• Maintain Workday data governance process, including data audit process, adoption planning tool and release management• Monitor governance deliverables and communicate status updates when needed• Liaison with HRIS, IT, Finance, and other teams on cross functional reporting• Develop material for and provide training to stakeholders on data interpretation, data evaluation, statistical and analytical techniques• Help monitor the effectiveness of reporting products, modify current reports, or operationalize new reports/methods as needed• Perform report maintenance, revisions and scheduling on a regular basis• Assist with the development of HR data dashboards• Continually maintain awareness of current trends in HR Reporting
