I thrive in rapidly growing and innovative organizations. I have experience working in industries ranging from Government to Tech. I like to solve problems. Throughout my career, I have been driven by curiosity to find answers to the most pressing questions. Whether it’s studying the impact of the ACA on SNAP (formerly known as food stamps) and Medicaid eligibility systems or helping multi-national employers understand labor law compliance across the globe, I’ve been able to quickly identify a strategic solution. Fun facts about me: I am a Chicago White Sox’s fan, but football (soccer) is my sport. I grew up on the south side of Chicago, native speaker in both Spanish and English, went to grad school in California, live in Oakland with my wife and labradoodle puppy, love house music, and have a pretty impressive sneaker collection. I also love traveling and eating my way through places I visit.
