Provide a full range of PMO services on a long term contract in Baltimore MD. In support of a US Government civilian agency, duties include:- Monitor timesheets, facilitate onboarding and offboarding team members, and maintain tracking lists, assist in resolving issues, support PM and team leads as needed.- Coordinate facility issue resolution with facility manager- Collect team lead input for monthly status report, weekly operations debrief, assist in slide creation for various monthly meetings, upload documents into the common document repository.- Supporting Phishing Email Campaign by collecting email content, loading the content into the tool, scheduling the campaign, creating the lessons learned, working directly with customer Phishing Campaign lead.
