CurrentSuccess in Soccer rests on three pillars: 1) Soccer - the technical and tactical abilities and other soccer- related skills2) Fitness - the physical capabilities like speed, strength and athleticism3) Mindset - the mental strength und other cognitive skills and mindsetsThe weakest pillar is the limit. One can be the best soccer player with the best technical skills and the strongest physical abilities, but if one can't perform when the pressure is on and it really matters, he/she won't become as successful as he/she could have been.Looking back at my career in Germany, I put too much pressure on myself and sometimes was my worst enemy. Today I am the support that I wished I had when I was younger.As a Mental Performance Coach I am supporting players (amateurs till pros) with the mental side of the game so that they can develop the mindset of a pro and fulfill their full potential. My mission is to make mental training, coaching and personal development a vital part of modern Soccer Education - in accordance with the statement: "Develop people, not just players."
