About Julius Lim

I am a self-motivated individual who relishes challenges in order to improve and learn. My personal motto is – "Humility is the catalyst for growth, pride its downfall.”. Having worked in the Retail Property industry, Financial Services industry, Aviation industry, and F&B/Tech industry, I believe that no learning curve is too great if you put your mind to it. I am also an experienced leader who aims to develop and grow alongside my fellow teammates. I believe that if my actions inspire others to think more, learn more, do more and eventually become more, my role as a leader is fulfilled. This is testament to my past student leadership and professional overseas leadership experiences, having led teams in India, Japan and Singapore to achieve success. I currently lead the Airport Community Team in Changi Airport Group, looking at Sales, BD, Strategy across omnichannels to generate value for the Non-Traveller business in CAG.The many opportunities that I have been given have helped develop me in having core skills and competencies to not only strive, but also excel and adapt in many highly dynamic and challenging environments. These competencies include but are not limited to - Sales & Marketing, Commercial Strategy, Business Development, Revenue Management, Key Account Management, Customer Service, and Operations.Outside of work, I write, volunteer, travel, Netflix, hit the gym and spend time with friends and family.
