Service Manager
Current- Collaboration between internal IT functions and service users to ensure smooth operation of services;- Budgeting and financial control for the services in scope;- Suggesting and driving service improvement initiatives and activities; Business demand evaluation for services;- Service contract & software contract negotiations and ownership;- KPI and SLA negotiations with External Vendors;- Ensuring service levels, service LCM activities and quality levels for the services delivered by third party suppliers are met; - Handling stakeholder escalations for the services in scope;- Participating in projects for system implementations where supplier relationship is transferred to IT function;- Handling smaller in-department system update/transformation projects.Service scope (Delivered by 3rd party suppliers): - SharePoint- Facility applications - Telephony- Cowi.com - CV & Reference system- Digital Asset Management system- Business process modeling tool- Mobile app for field observations
