• Involved in installing and commissioning of a new HMI system.• Performing preventive maintenance on the boiler water treatment system, stand by generator, Air compressor, Conveyors, Cooling tower, Fine’s auger system, Fire water system, Fresh water system, Process water pump, Sulphur pumps and Railcar indexer• Participate in monthly OH&S safety meetings.

I supervise, start up, shut down and operate the Energy Plant. Provide continuous supervision of Energy Plant during “cold starts” and continuous monitoring of the Energy Plant during “hot restarts” if the Plant Chief is not available.

I maintained, controlled, inspected and operated the ORC Turboden turbine generator and monitored the ORC generated power output through the HMI to maintained the demand and the load to keep this system in balance.

I Maintained project equipment by conducting ongoing inspections and monitored equipment inventory.

I helped the journeyman electrician with various tasks including rough in and wiring for new commercial construction projects.

I worked with stationary engines, boilers and auxiliary equipment such as pumps, diesel engines and compressors to control vessel fluid temperature through a heat exchanger

I Created 3D assemblies and modeling of electrical substation and power line components.
