RMS is the management arm for 16 hospitality companies with 100+ staff in the food and event services industry. I am responsible for Digital Marketing of the core brands, an ecommerce brands that offers direct to consumer family meals, and the coordination of Social Media and Marketing Assistants.Using analytics and collaborative software, I am driven to improve customer experience using agile workflows and test-driven development. With this planning and a hands-on approach, I manage omni-channel marketing outputs relating to social media (6 core accounts) and content creation, SEM/SEO, public relations, website design and maintenance, key event activations, branding and design.

Art of Catering was a Commercial Food Services company that expanded rapidly to include contract catering services (government, airservices), container bar/kitchen services, and retail-ready products (sushi, ready-made meals).I was responsible for driving key business through relationships, marketing campaigns and the management of key events. I recruited a performance team of up to 20 talented staff that worked across multiple divisions and contracts. The business has since been sold and rebranded.

Art of Catering specialises in Corporate Catering in the Brisbane CBD, city fringe and airport district. We offer catering and event services including a range of menus (online, buffet, canapes, conferencing and alcohol), labour and equipment hire, key event management. We are green-site specialists with our off-site catering license, with experience in large sporting, food and social events. We operate a wholesale sushi division offering medium to high volume customers fresh, delicious and food safe sushi delivered 7 days a week. We are also experienced with contract work with venues, airlines and refectories.
