Using valuable skills I gained in technical sales and customer service, I continued my career trajectory in eCommerce. As an eCommerce Specialist, I was responsible for the management and coordination of products, content and UX/UI of Janison’s eCommerce site (Shopify), providing end-to-end support for all eCommerce-related initiatives.

This was the next chapter of my role as an assessment consultant at Janison Education Group, upon their successful acquisition of the assessments business from UNSW Global. Effective March 2020, I have also assumed the role of Quality Manager, a position in charge of scheduling, maintaining and improving internal audit processes, as well as organising external audits to maintain Educational Assessments' ISO 9001:2015 certification.

At UNSW Global, I had the privilege to work with a brilliant team of assessments and data experts. My designated area is in the Eastern part of New South Wales and Western Australia, where I worked with schools to pick the right assessment tools that will unlock the potential in their students. Our portfolio includes the ICAS (International Competitions and Assessments for Schools), Reach Assessments and Professional Learning courses for educators.I was also involved in supporting our partners in Singapore and the Philippines, making it possible for tens of thousands of students from both countries to participate in ICAS competitions every year.

Reporting to the Customer Services Manager, I was responsible for the prompt and efficient delivery of customer service to our partner schools across the Asia-Pacific region.

I actively liaised with the Customer Service Team and Sales Team in maintaining relationship with primary and secondary schools across New Zealand and Australia.

I was responsible for account management, business development, and technical support in the laboratory, research and education sectors in New South Wales and Australian Capital Territory. Organised marketing activities such as trade displays and morning tea, and helped design and create application notes, e-newsletters, flyers, webinars and promotional posters. Conducted technical training to customers through webinars, and department-wide or school-wide workshops. Continuous review of industry knowledge through product training and testing for specific applications (e.g.: agriculture, wastewater, food safety, environmental monitoring, water quality).

UNAHCO, inc is a wholly-owned feed and veterinary company of United Laboratories (UNILAB), the Philippines' leading pharmaceutical company and one of the biggest in Southeast Asia. Feed and Vveterinary sales representative for UNAHCO - Commercial Farm Group. B2B sales; managed a territory (Greater Manila Area, and Provinces of Rizal, Laguna and Cavite) comprised of large-scale swine, broiler, and layer farms, feed mills, and veterinary products distributors. Worked with various stakeholders to ensure strong market presence in designated territory. Organised and hosted seminars for farmer cooperatives. Ensured prompt delivery of quality goods and services from production plant to farms; and timely collection of accounts receivable. Executed marketing and sales activities as planned by the Brand Management Committee, resulting to exceeding sales budgets and leading to a double-digit growth in both veterinary and feed sales.

Assisted the veterinary sales representative in designated territory (Greater Manila Area and Rizal Province) in generating sales through provision of technical and sales services for small-scale hog raisers. Organised and executed seminars for backyard hog farmers on a monthly basis. Technical assistance through farm visits to small-scale hog raisers.
