Following SI cut-off to push shippers, vendors and factories to send SI timely to avoid late submissions, as this may result in late charges. Updating ETD/ETA if the vessel is delayed or omitted. This step must be done once a delay notice is received from carriers. Exploring carriers' strengths and weaknesses to convince customers to use the best service from a variety of carriers while still following allocation. Following up on export/import cargos until the completion of the export/import processes. Arranging the export loading or pick-up time for both customers and the operation team in order to handle shipments smoothly and reduce any delays, thus saving time and cost for both customers and the company. Coordinating the timing of import shipments and completing customs clearance, as well as meeting customers' delivery schedule requirements. Transferring bookings to the operation team for booking container tractors after receiving customers' confirmation of loading plans. Preparing documents for customs clearance and checking documents from customers, requesting amendments if any discrepancies are found. Counting and balancing used materials for export products, controlling all material stock in customers' warehouses and matching it with the material on the customs system.Repairing documents to gain C/O (Certificate of Origin) forms A, B, VJ, D, AANZ as per the consignees' requests. Updating new export/import policies for customers and the logistics department (if any) to comply with the latest laws from the government in order to avoid illegal actions when handling export and import shipments. Updating the next day's tasks for the operation team so that they can arrange staff to handle shipments early the next morning, which will save time for customers as their shipments will be delivered to their warehouses without delay for import shipments, and export shipments will be loaded as planned.
