Hi, you can call me Ju! I’ve been a UX Writer in tech companies for about five years, and my work involves improving products and services for users through tools such as style guides and content to help them make the best use of digital products.I have experience in several UX areas, such as storytelling, communication strategy planning, UX writing for foreign languages with localization techniques, and conversational design for chatbots. I also enjoy conducting user research.Although I primarily work as a UX Writer, I have about 15 years of experience in communication since I have a degree in journalism. I’ve worked in reporting, corporate communications, SEO, public relations, and B2B/B2C content creation in both Portuguese and English. I’ve also led people and teams.I’m quite into learning new languages: although my native language is Portuguese, I’m fluent in English and have worked in companies where it was the main language. I’d also say my Italian is pretty decent, and I studied Spanish for a good two years. About my French… well, let’s say I only studied it for a semester, and have been putting it on my New Year’s resolution list for the past five years. In my free time, I take ceramics classes, and honestly, I don’t have any more room for mugs at home.
