-Working in the analytics team I have had a wide range of work from aiding specific web analytics initiatives in both Webtrends and Omniture, implementing new tools within the team and assisting wider business projects, all with a focus on delivery data driven change.-Business lead on Google Search Appliance implementation-Ongoing VF UK and Group GSA consultant for new site search projects-Assist the UE team towards a self service model-KPI creation in various business functions: social media-Drive campaign optimisation utilising Omniture across the wider business -Voice of customer tool implementation and ongoing management to measure NPS, understand and report on pain points, drive action where required.-Tool utilization review and recommendations
-Plan, co-ordinate and review online advertising campaigns -Deliver digital campaign media: widgets, microsites, email-Maintain artist social media channels: Youtube, Facebook-Support PMs in identifying targeted online opportunities -Google Analytics: setting up new profiles, producing reports, monitoring trends, providing insight-Implementing Google Analytics campaign tracking to provide greater insight into campaign effectiveness-Sounding board for digital media strategy and placement issues including media mix, target audience, consumer insights and digital developments-Design marketing campaign effectiveness reporting framework and provide ad-hoc reporting where applicable
-Setting up internal cross-functional project team to ensure compliance with impending European legislation-Producing automated liability-reporting documents.-Highlighting and implementing possible cost savings-Tracking factories progress to meet Legislation deadlines-Reporting to factory management team on projects progress

-Creating medium and long term capacity plans, highlighting and resolving capacity conflicts-Producing factory LE on a monthly basis and comparing against financial LE identifying in conjunction with Finance shortfalls in the projections-Providing the mini plants with a short-term achievable plan within capacity, component and labour limitations-Liaising with Brand platforms on new and impending product launches and promotions-Reducing the lead-time of the MPS from 12 days to 5 through the leading of a small internal project team-Ad-hoc report creation as per requests from factory Planning Director
