I led the development of a sustainable project on a roughly 70-hectare site. My responsibilities encompassed diverse tasks such as land clearance, culvert construction, and topographic surveying. Additionally, I was working on creating the project's branding and establishing its infrastructure.

With years of experience in the Peruvian hospitality industry, I identified a pressing need for an online travel agency that could serve as a reliable companion for tourists. Recognizing the significant challenges faced by international travelers, such as lack of security and guidance on essential details, I embarked on creating a solution.The initial concept of the OTA evolved from a taxi company, drawing inspiration from successful models like "Welcome Pickups." My primary focus was to curate a team of exceptional drivers proficient in at least one foreign language. I meticulously conducted interviews, assessing their language skills, personal presentation, and the quality of the vehicles they operated.Within just six months, we received a remarkable 256 reviews, a testament to the warm reception by travelers who appreciated having a trustworthy and multilingual resource upon their arrival in Peru. This invaluable support not only offered a sense of security but also facilitated seamless communication.Building upon this success, I led the team in further developing our progressive web application to offer comprehensive tour services throughout Peru. By expanding our offerings beyond transportation, we aimed to provide visitors with unforgettable experiences and insights into the country's rich cultural heritage and natural wonders.As Managing Partner, my key responsibilities included strategic leadership, business development, operational excellence, team management, financial management, customer satisfaction, branding and marketing, innovation and technology and financial performance amongst others.

Make sure that all the staff do everything they can to make a guest's stay pleasant and comfortable, while making sure that the hostel is profitable and efficient. Coordinate cleaning staff, the front desk operations and grounds and facilities maintenance. Create budgets and set room rates, make interviews, hire and train new staff, resolve employee conflicts, and help guests with any issues they might have.
