IdeaCloud has been used as strategic sales accelerator driving more than $300 million in revenue.

Consolidated Data Services (CDS), a division of Omnicom Group, Inc. (OMC) was a new shared services entity set up to consolidate back-office and develop world class IT shared services to 150+ Omnicom agencies and 40,000+ users globally. Technology Services included information technology infrastructure development and support, server and email hosting with 24x7 NOC and SOC, MPLS and networking infrastructure, IT professional services, 24x7 service desk and corporate digital strategy development and implementation. Lead the Service Delivery team to ensure high client satisfaction with agency clients, identified and developed IT solutions which supported agency strategic goals and facilitated service delivery and escalations. Also led the training and talent development programs to support the global infrastructure.

MarketStar, a global sales and marketing outsourced provider, is part of the Omnicom (OMC) group of companies which is one of the world's largest advertising holding companies in the world with more than $15 billion in revenues. Clients included many high-tech companies such as Google, HP, Intel, Cisco, and LG. Served on senior leadership team reporting to the CEO and helped more than double the size of the company and expand globally. As Chief Information Officer (CIO) at MarketStar, I was responsible for IT Strategy & Infrastructure, Digital Solution Development, Business Intelligence & Analytics and led a team of more than 140 people. As part of the senior executive team, I had the opportunity to develop and implement scaleable, strategic technology solutions to support our Fortune 500 client base and global organization. I was also selected to complete the two year Omnicom Senior Management Executive Education Program (a nationally ranked program taught by HBS) and to serve on an Omnicom/DAS task force focused on consolidating global IT infrastructure and building a private cloud.
