Revised BDT’s existing public benefits outreach materials by providing several behavioral science-based communication strategies that target identified behavioral barriers with the aim of increasing engagement with BDT services and improving the SNAP take-up rate among eligible participants.

Conducted a thorough literature review of tax psychology and misinformation and analyzed the company's existing advertisement data of user sentiment (i.e. reactions, shares, comments) to generate behavioral science-based ad campaign messaging strategies that best addressed Clean Prosperity’s goal of reducing negative comments on Facebook in relation to the carbon tax.

Worked with executive leadership at Comcast to provide solutions to collect ongoing, real-time information about employee engagement without having to distribute mass-scale surveys. We used existing quantitative employee survey data and interviewed several employees to uncover pain points in the existing survey structure and process in order to ideate alternative data collection strategies. We leveraged behavioral-based theory and principles to prototype an app-based prediction market that served as an employee engagement tool and provided real-time informed predictive analytics about company strategy, sales projections, and product evaluation. Delivered recommendations in a cumulative formal presentation to top executives.
