I am engaged in a full cycle of candidate selection from Middle to C Level:- Sourcing: from search on Habr and Linkedin to complex boolean queries and secret places;- Conducting initial interviews;- Making delicious job descriptions;- Maintaining internal reporting and analytics;- Communication with customers from the removal of a vacancy to the end of the probation period of candidates;- Maintaining an internal database of candidates;- Accompanying candidates through all stages of the interview and assistance in preparing for them;- Performance of Team lead's duties in his absence: setting up plans, helping with the search, solving urgent issues related to the selection and more.She worked with different stacks and job levels: Python, PHP, C#, C++, Devops, QA, JS, etc. I also searched for Product/Project managers and even found a Voip engineer for a German company.
