At Dextrys I was assignment to the M+W Group as technical lead, responsible for managing all java projects. projects work based on requirements gathered from the requesting partner/client, who we will work with to fully scope and outline the requested solution. Team works in a very flexible and iterative manner where we encourage and desire feedback from the client along the way to ensure that what we are developing is what the client is looking for. We are open to change through the course of the project as long as the client is flexible to modify budget and timelines to account for these changes.
