For Undergrad, I attended Hunter college. A major in Psychology and minor in Women studies, I had a passion for understanding human behavior and for advocating for women rights. While In Undergrad, I worked at after school program. After complaining my BA I got promoted to Assistant director, a little after a year in this position, I wanted to work with a different population. I obtained a job working in a juvenile that mainly housed adolescent males. During this time I applied for my masters in Manhattan College. For the past two years, I have been working full time while being a full time student and dedicating several hours a week to internship. I am now looking for a position as a mental health therapist to help individuals deal with their distress, help them learn coping skills and provide them with a safe space.
