The organization implements professional development and entrepreneurship programs to increase employment and earning opportunities for women and youth in rural Kenya.Under my leadership, we have prepared over 300 young people annually on job readiness skills and connected them with employment opportunities; and supported women to start and expand their businesses for sustained earning opportunities and improved standards of living.

With my Policy Lab team at McGill University, I collaborated with the Old Brewery Mission (OBM) in Montreal to assess health service gaps and provide policy solutions for people experiencing homelessness and alcohol addiction.
