• Preparing Tender and contract documents, including Bill of Quantities.• Provides quantity takeoff evaluation and assessments based on tender drawings and specifications.• Assisting in establishing a client’s requirements, undertaking cost analysis for the projects and feasibility studies.• Assisting evaluation of BOQ from Studies and Tendering Division.• Coordinates with Site Engineer or Quantity Surveyors for any construction variation• Provides inputs that will help and assist the Cost Engineer.• Review plans, specifications, Bid and Tender documents• Provides preliminary time schedule, progress S-curve, manpower and equipment schedule for all Tender project.• Performs other functions that may be designated by Supervisor and Manager.

• Supervision of approximately 5 Quantity Surveyors and 2 Admin Staff.• Directly reporting to the PMO-Cost Control Unit Head and PMO Division manager.• Oversee the all performance of the team.• Consolidation of the Core Technical group task.• Submit weekly and monthly progress reports to PMO Division manager or his representative. • Responsible for trainings for newly hired quantity surveyors.• Provide interviews for aspiring applicants to the mother company to ensure quality standards that meets company’s requirements.• Provides Strategic Project Management Plan to the PMO-Cost Control Unit Head and Division Manager.• Provides quantity takeoff evaluation and assessments based on tender drawings and shop drawings for potential change order and/or value engineering.

• Responsible for estimate of materials for incoming projects and conduct actual measurement.• Responsible for site supervision, monitoring and inspection of the project.• Responsible for negotiation with the client, delivery, shipment and receiving of payments

• Responsible for site-supervision, monitoring and control.• Coordinates and issue site instructions to the contractor regarding quality, technical and safety issues.• Responsible for quality assurance inspections reports, proper filling and documentation.• Responsible for method of construction review, implementation and documentation.• Prepare progress report, strict enforcement of work procedures, and compliance with specification and programmed schedule of work.• Study and review work procedures, inspection test plans and witness of test material/installation and testing.• Updates checklist, procedure for inspection and enforces strict safety requirement program and procedures.
