- I ensured GBV survivors including child protection and those at risk of GBV receive case management support in well organized manner- I ensured coordination with other GBV service providers on case management - I provide direct support and care for women and adolescent girls including counselling and basic case management.- I ensured I had access to the need of the survivor of GBV and created an action plan of action together with the survivors.- I support partners to implement the GBV activities in the communities- I organize sessions with adolescent girls and women.- Implement the action plan with the client if requested to access medical and other services according to the wish of the client’s choice and decision during referral.- I ensured proper documentation of reported GBV incidents through the utilization of GBVIMS- I work with the Community members to identify and train parent groups to serve as mentors/support to the women and adolescent girls.- I work with other Internal Staff (IRC) and External Staff (Other INGOs) GBV actors to make appropriate referrals for women and adolescent girls to access health services.- I work with community groups including RH (Reproductive Health) to support adolescent girls, and mothers, especially first-time-girl mothers to access appropriate care and support, including developing their plans and follow-ups.- I participated in assessments including risk mapping and safety audits- I attended field-level GBV coordination meetings as delegated by the supervisor.- I developed Weekly activity plans and share them with a supervisor.- I facilitate community-level training on as a co-facilitator, for adolescent girls and women, on the GBV Core concept.- I ensured close coordination with logistics that women and adolescent girls’ materials, supplies for PSS Items and materials are conveyed at field level in time.

- Identifying and registering UASC (Unaccompanied and Separated Child) and highly vulnerable children- Referring cases to appropriate sector/agencies in a timely manner and following up on referrals - I ensued screening of Malnourish children at mobile clinic/OPT site in collaboration with the nutrition sector- I register and follow up on screened cases that further need assessment- I compiled and sent a report on a weekly basis- I participate in weekly case management meetings and case management conference- Supervision of SHLS and SAFE facilitators
