I am a final-year student at the University of Lagos, studying Educational Management (Economics), and currently working as an HR Intern. I am passionate about building a career in Human Resources and am presently in the learning phase where I am gaining practical experience in CV screening, conducting interviews, and shortlisting candidates.My experience as a Telesales Representative taught me valuable communication and customer service skills. These skills help me connect with candidates in my HR role. I am also improving my technical skills through courses in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Human Resource Management. My goal is to develop my skills in personnel management and HR analytics to make valuable contributions to team and organizational success.
