Currently, Jun is working at Universal Robina Corporation as the Director for Operations. He is handling the plant operations of URC Flour Division Sariaya Plant spearheading the manufacturing, grains terminal operations, warehousing and logistics ensuring the quality of Flour products coming from the plant. Prior to his re-employment at URC, Jun worked for Personal Collection Direct Selling, Inc as the Assistant Vice President for Planning and Distribution handling Demand and Supply Planning, Distribution Planning, DC operations, Billing and Claims, and spearheaded the S&OP and S&OE monthly cycle. Prior joining PC, he worked for Universal Robina Corporation for 15 years handling various positions and with his last post as a senior manager handling the entire Supply Chain Department of URC Flour.He is also working as a part time Assistant Professor III at University of Makati teaching various psychology courses and a part time Lecturer at De La Salle University, teaching various Supply Chain courses. He is a registered psychologist in private practice, using his training for his counseling and psychotherapy sessions, in the seminars, workshops, retreats and recollections that he conducts in schools, universities, corporate and government offices, NGOs, and religious organizations. He has presented in conferences in different parts of the Philippines. His method in teaching, counseling, and other psychological services is that of a combined approach that would be most beneficial to the client or student, but he is particularly partial to experiential, humanistic, and transpersonal approaches. He is also a certified Go Negosyo Coach and Level 1&2 Mentor on the topics of Entrepreneurial Mindset and Supply and Value Chain. In partnership with government such as the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), the Department of Agriculture (DA), and the Agricultural Training Institute (ATI), the program aims to capacitate the owners of micro and small enterprises. He is also a volunteer psychologist at Bayanihan E-Konsulta. Jun has an M.A. in Counseling Psychology from the Ateneo de Manila University. In college, he was a recipient of the Department of Science and Technology scholarship program and attained a bachelor’s degree in Electronics Technology at Bicol University graduating as Outstanding BSET student and Cum Laude. After his college degree, he was a scholar at Gokongwei Brothers Foundation for the Advance Engineering Technician Course in Industrial Automation (Mechatronics) which paved the way to his employment at Universal Robina Corporation.
