Led the internal IT Team which consists of two (2) people that reports directly to Management for the development of Mobile App from the conception stage until official launching within a year of development, together with the support and maintenance of the Mobile App in Live environment. The main responsibilities are as follows:• Liaise with the external Developer Team Lead on project management for the development of Mobile Application for day-to-day operations.• Liaise and supports five (5) different teams internally for all Development related matters. The teams are:1. Livestream Team.2. E-commerce Team.3. Social Media and Creative Team.4. Finance Team.5. Customer Service Team.• Reviewed all the Rules and Requirements of the Mobile App (both Frontend and Backend) which was prepared by the different teams on different parts of the Mobile App which itself contains three (3) main cores as follows:1. Livestream Entertainment.2. Social Media.3. E-Commerce Marketplace. • Liaise with several third party Service Providers to discuss the support requirements of our Mobile Application which includes but not limited to:1. Domain and Server Hosting.2. Livestream Hosting.3. Payment Gateway services. • In addition to the above roles, Jun Bin is also part of an internal committee with Management to discuss and determine the higher-level strategic level decisions on the direction of the Company and how the Mobile App will achieve it.• Performed User Acceptance Test (“UAT”) on the Mobile App and Admin Panel for all versions prior to release in Staging Environment based on submitted Rules & Requirements.• Based on the results of the UAT checklist, performed the categorisation, prioritisation and compilation of all bugs and issues faced, before reporting such results to Developers for an action plan.• The IT Team also provides Technical Support to external and internal stakeholders which aims to clarify any concerns and/or questions regarding the Mobile App.

• Develop Window/ Mobile Application base on client’s requirements. • UX design for the Application. • Hardware and Software set up based on client need. • IT support, stand by to provide IT technical support when there is a launching event or marketing event. • Research & Development (R&D), to explore Unreal Engine 4 new features, utilize and implement in upcoming projects. • Troubleshooting, solving Application bugs and issues, if any. To provide clients new build version of the application after debug process. • Oversea IT support, travel to oversea clients’s side to provide training for local technician on how to set up and use the hardware and software correctly.
