I have been serviced for a telecommunication equipment provider over five years since I have received Ph.D. and experienced the creation and evolution of emerging company in highly competitive telecom industry. Job promotion in company evolves from senior project manager to department director in R&D, and to department director in company.I am now working as director of Strategy Development Department about 3-years with the responsibility to build and lead the strategic development department, and coordinate the efficient work group to research, write reports, develop proposals, collect and analyze data, etc; Meanwhile, control the progress of projects within the budget especially to accomplish the national special funding project (4 projects in 2009 and 2 projects in 2010 with more than 100M RMB per year government funding) form project application, budgeting, mid-term review and final review. I have to find appropriate project partners according to the requirement of real situation, carry through negotiations to contract signature, and maintain good working relationship with them.In my past and current positions, I have sharpened my organizational skill, had the experience to establish and lead a high-performance team to finish objectives, and dealt with conflicts resolving between projects, departments (such as: project teams, legal and financial and so on), and partners.Finally, in personality, I am communicative and have highly team working spirit. I will bring the same spirit and value added vision to the new position.
