As senior project manager, leading team about 25 people associated with more than 30 systems to complete One Health Project which is health management core system, including front-end and back-end application providing health management service like online inquiry, routine examination, etc. and went life on time. As Group life BA manager, leading 12 people to support group life BU for system enhancement and normal size project like IVS and CPA or CRM, which help company to convert group life policy insured to individual life policy insured and grow up the premium extremely.

As delivery director, build delivery expert team from scratch including Business Analysis, Application Developer and Teater, etc. Also onsite-working with client via leading the whole team about 25 people, complete group insurance policy and claim system going life on time in August, 2020. Constantly, individual insurance policy system began as well, with my management of the team, the individual insurance policy system went life on Jan 1st, 2021.Also I worked with PMO and finance team to finish yearly budgeting and planning. Simultaneously, consolidating and standardizing project internal process via management tools which improve the work efficiency in the following project.

In 2018, I continue to take responsible for both R2 and R3 platform production support project and optimize it together with client to create new product support process to make eBao’s delivery more faster and efficient, which made client more confident and satisfied with eBao’s R3 platform product.In parallel, considering the success of E&O BU roll-out to R3 platform, client decided to move the current Contract BU (Business Unit with 150 million GWP (Gross Written Premium) annually) and Casualty BU (Business Unit with 300 million GWP (Gross Written Premium) annually) to R3 platform as well which helps eBao to increase the revenue to 6.5 million in 2018 and 2019.- Considering Contract and Casualty BU running under R2 platform with old UI technology (JSF), in order to help client to increase their business via extracting more external agencies or brokers using eBao system, I took leadership to coordinate with offshore architecture to work together with onshore team and client to design a new UI solution based on new react technology, which is brilliant system and brighten client's eyes extremely. After that, I’m responsible for the whole project delivery including budget, scoping, planning, risk management, status tracking, reporting and post-delivery supporting until they go live in July of 2019. It’s also a key milestone for client to consider moving more BUs to R3 platform to simplify their business operation process and optimize their IT technology to make the system change more configurable and fast.

In 2016: Deliver R3 Platform on configuration capability based system and get sign-Off- Configurable capability is the key and core value for the whole R3 platform, which is the biggest different from previous one and a brand new innovation system. In order to make it convenience for client to maintain the product configuration by themselves, I took responsible to drive and track the whole R3 solution delivery including requirement clarification, implementation, communication between onshore team and offshore team, align the project status with client, clarify client's questions and concern in time. Finally, as a completed product, client signed off the whole R3 platform and made decision to use this platform for their core system, which is the most significant milestone for both eBao company and client’s insurance technical strategy.- In parallel, I took responsible for old system (R2 platform) enhancement and maintenance including scoping, planning and delivery tracking until it goes live to make it more stable and benefit for client to increase their revenue. Also eBao company revenue was increased to 4.85 million.In 2017: Roll out E&O BU (Business Unit with about 70 million GWP (Gross Written Premium) annually)to R3 platform which standardize the electronic and paperless business process efficiently and help to save the cost of client. Also it helps to increase the revenue of eBao company revenue to 5.74 million for both R2 and R3 platform.

- Responsibility: GDC (Global Delivery Center) Senior Project manager, responsible for Argo Brazil (Insure company) and AIG Brazil (Insure company) project management including maintaining client’s relationship, requirement scoping, costing, planning and quality to match client’s satisfaction. Take charge for engineer performance evaluation and career path development as well. - 4 months (02/2013 – 05/2013) onsite in Sao Paulo of Brazil as onsite PM to work with client for Argo Brazil Phase II project deployment. - Travel to Sao Paul of Brazil from 07/2013 – 10/2015 multiple times as AM (Account Manager) and PM to work with client together for project workshop, UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and go live/Warrant which helps to improve the customer satisfaction dramatically and increase the credibility of eBaoTech company.

- Responsibility: R&D Senior Test Manager and all product project manager take responsible for VOIP (G-Series/S-Series) product delivery and testing(Function testing, Manual regression testing, Auto regression testing, load and stress testing, upgrading testing)- As Test manager, manage a team with 32 people, mainly focus on people management in performance definition and tracking, setup training system internally, communicate with India and Plano (in USA) team to improve test productivity and optimize test process. Take leadership in DPI IOT testing in Gn interface and CTCC SBC certification test- As Project manager, take leader to work with global team in USA/India/Vietnam to define project scope and make schedule together, closely tracking the plan and forecast the risk with mitigation plan, make up OPEX/CAPEX with VP according to project requirement and tracking the purchasing progress simultaneously.

2009.01 -2010.5 (R&D Solution Test Manager and Sustaining project manager)- Take responsible for Wireless core network solution Test team manager, mainly focus on Load Stress and E2E testing, work closely with USA and French testing team to match project requirement with low cost via optimizing the test process and test tools. Take leadership to setup global E2E and Load test Environment cross the different site and product including radio system/VOIP product and core network product which save much more testing effort and cost after 2008.- As sustaining project manager, actively work with customer support team and product manager to identify customer request with priority in product road map including fast feature, online/offline upgrading, bug fixing, etc, make delivery plan with customer support team and publish the release package to customer. Have 3 weeks experience working in USA with USA R&D sustaining team for T-Mobile customer;2006.01 – 2008.12- Take responsible for Solution Test team leader, mainly focus on Load Stress and E2E test, work closely with global team to setup Eco-System test Environment for global Solution Test.- As R&D Sustaining Project Manager, take responsible for Mobile NGN product delivery to customer on time with quality, mainly focus on project scope definition with product manager, make resource plan (human resource and equipment resource) and project schedule with all the team manager, define the QA criteria with Quality manager based on TL9000 and CMMI-L2/L3, work with other R&D site in India, USA, France and Russia for more than 2 years for global release delivery to different customer like AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, British Telecom, CMCC,CU and etc.

2005.03 – 2005.12 (R&D Development project TPL (Test Project Leader))- As TPL, take responsible for Mobile NGN R3.1 testing and sustaining in CMCC Hangzhou of China which is first oversea commercial NGN product in Alcatel-Lucent, mainly focus on defining test scope/schedule, and tracking them, writing test project report to PM and forecast the risk with mitigation plan simultaneously. Work with Plano test engineer in America for 7 weeks to speed up project progress. Have 5 weeks work experience in USA for load testing

2002.07 – 2005.02 (R&D Development project Industrialization Project Leader)- As Industrialization Project Leader of CDMA2.2/CDMA2.3 project, work closely with Project Manager to focus on planning and tracking for data collection, generation, testing including industrialization tools design and delivery. Take part in industrialization process definition, coordinate with peer department to mitigate the risk to ensure the quality of delivery package. (Have 4 months work experience in Germany to work with data expert in industrialization tool development/testing and optimize industrialization process)

2002.04 – 2002.06 - Responsibility: R&D Sustaining engineer- Work with China Unicom in Suzhou for CDMA2.1 project FOA (First Off Trial), mainly take responsible for site data configuration, upgrading, system testing and handling customer cirtical issue with customer support team.2001.07 – 2002.03 - Responsibility: R&D wireless engineer- Take participant in 2.5G GPRS BSS System H/W design and testing with DaTang telecom company Ltd, mainly focus on clock board H/W desgin and BSC backbone testing.
