Provide support to the Staffing and PD teams, specifically in coordinating the management of information and people processes, such as the staffing database, sustainability/hours reporting and performance review generation.Key Responsibilities* Update and maintain the Human Capital Staffing (HCS) system to reflect staffing changes * Generating Reviews and Upward (360) Feedback for the Professional Development of staff* Work closely with Finance to provide reporting on Staffing Utilisation and Cost to Revenue ratios* Providing sustainability analysis and reporting for the leadership team* Conducting the capacity forecast analysis and reporting for all levels of consultant staff* Providing ad hoc reporting and analysis* Ensuring accuracy and integrity of all data

Key Responsibilities* Conduct general admin tasks in the office* Book appointments over the phone for jobseekers when required* Assist jobseekers in to employment by providing support with their resumes, job applications and interview skills* Conduct research for different activities and projects when required* Provide reports and other relevant information when required* Provide a high level of customer service assistance when working with jobseekers* Conduct employer surveys* Main systems : ECSN, Excel
