Position：Senior Buyer (Group Leader) 2012.07~NowØ Be responsible for facility management, technical inspections, HSE, energy and industrial gas, IT, Logistics service and device, cutter tools, furniture purchasing of MBDZ & SNZØ Leading an efficient team which is focus on the purchasing of chemical, consumable, HR management purchasing.Ø Coordinate two companies’ resources; constantly consolidate the purchasing of facility, HSE, chemical, consumable, HR service etcØ Cooperate with SAFRAN purchasing to evaluate the KPI and performance of group suppliers.Ø Evaluate and develop team members, instruct them constantly improve their purchasing skills.Ø Be responsible for the optimization of non-production material supplier management and control, including the development and introduction of new supplier. Draft the Non-production material purchasing procedure of MBDZ with manager.Ø Select the suitable suppliers (evaluate its value, delivery, quality, finance risk etc.), cost analysis, comparison, negotiation, responsible for contract review. Sign the service contract comply with company and SAFRAN’s requirement and policy.Ø Deal with the PO in the ERP, and maintenance the relative data.Ø Work with SAFRAN Finance department for payment procedure development. Regularly review payment situation.

I: Import a. Master all raw material and new/old equipment importing of EPZ(exprot processing zone) & Non-EPZ, e.g. maintenance equipment/temporary import and export... b. Know the application of kinds of CIQ certificates, e.g. 3C/examination before transportation/painting certificate... c. Master consumable importing. e.g. tooling/grinding/paint d.Master import and export of personal belongings. e. Master raw material and equipment transpertation and declaration between EPZ and non-EPZ. F.Update the Customs and CIQ policy timely.II.Export a. According to inventory in FGS store and analyse the due date of customer orders, then arrange the export qty of shipping days. Make sure 'zero inventory'. b. Arrange the GF(global forwarding) to pick up goods, and send the forecast of goods information in time to customers. Tracking goods in transportation. Ensure customer can receive them in time. For any urgent/unexpected issue, can slove it and comunicate with customers.c. Other export issue, e.g. equipment send out for overseas repaired/sample/selling rawmaterial and subcon partsd. Sell raw material or subcon parts to the company in the EPZ.III Customer ordersa. receive customers orders, and do the contract review in the company. Then record them in system.b. Issue the arrear report/delivery variance report/on time delivery report to GM and other managers and colleagues.IV Customs bookleta. Master application/update/cancellation of the customs booklet of EPZ and non-EPZ in time.b. Know how to deal with the scrapped part recorded in booklet.
