Final evaluation of EUCTPII.

I join in the program of the Mid-term Evaluation of the EU-China Interlectural Property Right 2. I am doing the evaluation fufilling the following tasks:(1)To provide timely and high-quality evaluation report assessing the achievements of the IPR2 to date, with regard to impact and sustainability of the various interventions under the different components (2)To identify best practise and case studies, to date, to be shared among Beneficiaries(3) To assess in particular Core Component 3 with a view to providing suggestions for possible ways to enhance results and impact (4)To assess the updated Logframe (as per 3rd Interim report), verifying indicators recently introduced, relevant clarity and their correspondence to those originally included in the contract. (5)To draw lessons learnt and recommendations, possibly in form of brief Case Studies, that can be used for future activities drafting and/or implementation, to further increase beneficiaries participation and involvement at provincial level; (6)To assess the information and mediation support facility at the CeBIT 2009 Fair (IP at Trade Fairs), drawing lessons learnt and recommendations taking into consideration the scope of the project.

I worked as an External Expert of the final evaluation for EU-China Interlectual Property Right(2) till June, 2011.
