2021年7月至2023年8月期间，在上海索引国际教育集团的英伦云小学教务部门担任国际课程助教老师，为在英国学习的学生提供基于英国国家课程的在线课程。工作内容包含，但不限于：1.全程参与课堂教学，关注并掌控学生学习状态及课堂活跃度;2.周日给学生安排课程内容，课后根据任课外教老师的要求及时提交教学信息及存档材料; 3.按外教老师的需要提供教学帮助如作业批改课后复习督导及复习等; 4.根据学生的学习情况定期与家⻓沟通及反馈共同提高学生学习成绩，制定相应学习计划，根据家⻓的反馈和学生自身情况，与外教保持沟通和联系，对课程设置做出相应调整;5. 整合学生学习进度和信息，协助教务老师完成续费等相关工作; 6. 定期线上辅导学生课后复习、作业讲解。From July 2021 to August 2023, I worked as an assistant teacher of international courses in the UK Cloud Primary School Department of Sower International Education Group, providing online courses based on the British National Curriculum for students studying in the UK.Work content includes, but is not limited to:1. Participate in classroom teaching throughout the process, pay attention to and control students' learning status and classroom activity;2. Arrange course content for students on Sunday, and submit teaching information and archive materials in time according to the requirements of foreign teachers after class;3. Provide teaching assistance according to the needs of foreign teachers, such as homework correction, review supervision and review after class;4.
