• Detailing offshore and onshore piping works from fabrication, installation, demolition and pressure testing activities by using MIPS (Method Integrated Project System).• Reviewing job card package and conduct checking to ensure that all materials list are completed involve in the ISO drawing prior for releasing job card.• Creating detail procedure for piping fabrication/offshore installation works that will be used by shop/field personnel for the execution.• Communicate with the client (BSP representative), project in-charge, discipline lead and inter discipline member for any clarification, inquiry for coordination, feasible and fastest action to the problem encountered involve job card.• Assign as a materials coordinator at east asset and coordinate to the client and other contractor they have a discrepancy involve and they can also input in the system in MIPS in the article catalog.

• Prepare daily reports, monitoring and supervision of spool movement.• Coordinates with sub-contractor, Area Superintendents, and Managers for feasible and fastest action to meet the target.• Implements strictly all quality control standards drawings and specifications.• Ensuring that there is no damage for every material to be delivered at site during handling and hauling.

• Erection and Installation of pipe spool.• Erection and Installation of Equipment.• Pre – alignment and Final - alignment of Equipment prior to acceptance with the Client.• Implements strictly all quality control standards drawings and specifications.• Ensure that safety and quality is a line function to operation.• Line checking of the pipelines for completeness, correct orientations, straightness, plumbness, squareness, take-off balance materials and missing supports prior for testing and restorations of pipe lines• Prepare and design Engineering solution to problems encountered at site.• As built isometric drawings due to re-routing of pipes due to conflict of drawings that encountered in site• Study and checks plans and working drawings prior to actual implementation and ensure revision of drawing prior for installation.• Preparation of daily accomplishment reports & documentations. • Monitor daily fit-up of pipe, support installation and coordinates with quality control department for inspection of fit-up and installation of support.• Reviewing test package and conduct line checking/punch listing (to ensure that all welds on lines are completed) prior for hydro testing.• Punch listing and line checking of piping system as per approved isometric drawings.• Take over on walk down Punch list for acceptance as per client requirement.
