- Establish engineering project procedures and develop project proposal report. - Manage redecoration, maintenance, project in site to ensure all index (cost ,cash flow,delivery, quality, risk management) achieves the goals. - Prepare weekly/Monthly/Annual status report.- Ensure all project compliance with the governmental regulations- Maintain positive customer and vendor relations.

- Planning and Scheduling equipment upgrading and new heavy equipment purchasing.- Develop project management plan, Identify and analysis risks. - Monitor and control project process, making corrections to ensure the project budget, cash flow ,scope, purchasing achieves the goals.- Updating and reporting to project members about project status. - Handling final acceptance check and customer satisfaction survey.- Manage Equipment upgrading project and Facility expansion project and lead continual improvement and cost reduction.

Project engineer 2008.12-2012.09- NPI project management. Planning and scheduling the project from the beginning to final acceptance.- Develop relationships with customer; Cooperation with related department include: engineering, production, Quality to reach the goal of the plan.- Regularly report to the customers and related department manager about the project progress.Conduct Risk analyses, and develop and implement appropriate action plans;- Design forging drawing and suitable tooling base on the requirement and standard of customers.
