Job Description• Head of the laboratory that conduct testing and analysis as well as monthly budget for expected expenses.• Specialize in tin-lead, pure tin or lead free plating for Nickel, Copper and Silver material. As well as in tin dipping process both tin lead and lead free.• Managing chemical needed in the laboratory that is used in analyzing AEM products.• Perform and analyze problem that specifically relate to lead free plating as per customer required.• Conduct training to the customer regarding then proper way to maintain and sustain of plating chemical and stripper chemical.• Coordinate with customer the relation of machine and chemical including the solution to the problem• Coordinate with local laboratories, which can conduct testing as per customer request• Check the condition of all AEM products on all handled customer once a week.• Analyze all weekly all AEM products as per customer required (leadfree plating, stripper, solder dip) etc.• Perform chemical evaluation specifically latest chemical improvement or innovation• Handled customer like Noble, Vishay, Psi, Fastech, DALLAS/Maxim, Fairchild and DPL (semiconductor industries) in Philippines.• Handle all invoicing, stock replenishments and delivery as per customer requirement, payment collection, weekly,monthly, and yearly sales monitoring and report• Visiting daily all handled customer to maintain the harmonious relationship.• Done monthly budget, inventory, purchasing and collection of payment of each customer.
