• Carry out routine monitoring and checking to maintain high on stream availability factors of all analyzer systems.• Responsible for maintenance of Seawater, Waste Water, Incinerator, Boiler, Logistics, Gas metering skid analyzers.• Monitors CEMS and Environmental analyzer for CTO and Environmental Regulations of Mesaieed Industrial City.• Receives work orders, instructions and work permits for troubleshooting, repair, calibration, replacements or overhaul of analyzers, probes/sensors on a plant wide basis.• Creates Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for critical jobs and verifies Lock out Tag and Try (LT&T).• Carry out modification, changes and data collections of analyzers and sample conditioning systems.• Routine checks for sample handling system and carrier and calibration gas cylinders as well as replenishing reagent for some analyzers.• Perform schedule preventive maintenance for all analyzers and gas detection system on plant wide basis. • Responsible for the availability of critical and consumable spare parts for analyzer with the assistance of warehouse staff.• Follow safety standards and procedures and be familiarized with petrochemical plant safety hazards.• Follow manufacturers troubleshooting and standards maintenance procedure, use and care for test and calibration equipment.• Follow ISO procedural requirements for calibration and record keeping.• Read and use P&ID, loop, logic and electrical drawing references.• Participates in company safety and training program and works as a team member with operations, technical and maintenance team.• Coordinate with the Laboratory staff for cross checking of analyzer response and laboratory analysis.• Responsible for daily routine checks for analyzer readings and sampling system and signal parameter for Gas Chromatographs as well as gas cylinder usage.

• Responsible for the maintenance of Analyzer equipments used for determining the analysis for Liquefied Natural gas process samples.• Perform planned preventive maintenance on Analyzer Equipment, Gas Chromatography and Laboratory Equipment (Condensate, Water and Gas Laboratory).• Troubleshoot and repair field analyzer instruments and laboratory equipment, providing first line corrective maintenance.• Provide hands on supervision on all aspect of maintenance on OGD 0 to OGD III• Support Instrumentation, Maintenance and Process Production department effectively according to the required standards and operating performance requirements• Ensure that proper documentation is maintained• Assist co technician in improving working methods and reliability of existing systems to minimize downtime of the analyzer instrument & equipment• Monitor progress of activities and recommend counter measures.• Review and finalize procedures and monitor progress.• Hands on troubleshooting/supervise troubleshooting performed by Technicians and provide advice/guidance • Write specification, technical report, quality and safety related document. Ensure proper documentation. • Supervises all preventive measures, zero correction, calibration check and other activities concerning analyzer equipments and other quality measuring instruments.• Carry out configuration and checking of Analyzer Data Management System for all Field Analyzers.• Ensures coordination with Shift Controller, Asset and Panel Operator regarding Permit to Work – Person In Charge in Worksite (PTW-PICWS).• Coordinate with Laboratory personnel regarding daily sample validation from the Field Analyzer to Laboratory analysis as well as preparation of calibration sample.
