Laboratory Assistant
Current- Inspected and repaired 8 Prusa MK3S+ and Prusa Mini printers on a daily basis by performing First Layer Calibrations and replacing parts such as the Heat Bed Cables, Thermistors, Heating Blocks, Extrusion Nozzles, and Filaments- Supplied the Digital Manufacturing Lab with materials such as PLA, Allen key sets, Soldering Irons, and stationery by performing routine organizational checks and creating a Bill of Materials for Inventory restocking and workshop kits- Outreached and Hosted workshops for organizations such as SEDS, IEEE, and MathWorks including Rocket Design using Ansys Fluent, 555 Timer circuits, Soldering microcontroller MCU kits, MATLAB, Fusion 360 CAD & 3D printing workshops- Aided clubs and students by setting up prints on 3D printers and taught them how to use lab equipment like soldering irons
